Ingredients
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1 cup unsweetened cashew milk
  • 1-2 Medjool dates
  • 3 Tbsp. hemp seeds
  • 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
  • pinch of nutmeg
  • pinch of clove
  • 1/4 tsp. lemon juice

  1. Place all ingredients in a blender and blend on high until the eggnog is completely smooth, Add spices according to taste and serve.
