How is the book delivered?

As soon as you place an order, you will be redirected to a page where you can download the PDF version of the cookbook. If you choose the Book & Video bundle, each recipe will have a link to a private video.

I don’t have a lot of time for complicated recipes. Can I still use this cookbook?

Yes! While I like to make my meals from scratch, I understand that life gets busy. So, in the cookbook I share time saving tips as well as shortcuts to make homemade meals quick and easy. Don’t have time to make pasta sauce from scratch? Use jarred. Not into cooking with dried beans? Use canned. As you get more experience and familiarize yourself with the recipes, you’ll get faster too.

Can I find most of the ingredients at a local grocer?

Yes, you will be able to find all ingredients in a standard North American grocery store. If you’re more comfortable shopping online, that’s fine too as I provide links to the ingredients I typically use.

What if I don’t like the book once I buy it?

Since E-books are intangible and can be downloaded at anytime after purchase, they are considered “used” on purchase, and cannot be refunded. If there was a purchasing error or you’re having problems with your download, please, email me at info@nutritionrefined.com and I’ll help you get it sorted.

Can I get the book as a physical copy instead of an electronic E-book?

I wanted to get the 31 Dinner Recipes Cookbook out to people who have been asking for a cookbook with Nutrition Refined recipes for a long time. An E-book was the fastest way to do that. One day in the future, I hope to publish a physical cookbook. But for now, I am excited to share this book in electronic form.

What recipes are included in the cookbook?

Check out the table of contents  for a list of all the recipes included in the cookbook. You will be able to find classic recipes from all types of cuisines including Mexican, Indian, Italian, Spanish, Chinese, Thai, Japanese, Middle Eastern, German, British, and many more! All the recipes are plant-based, grain-free (with the exception of two side dishes), and refined sugar-free.

Can I find the recipes on your website?

There are some classics, such as Mac & Cheese, Alfredo Fettucine, or Cream of Mushroom Soup that I just couldn’t leave out of the cookbook. However, there are plenty of new recipes that will never be shared on my blog.
