I don’t have a lot of time for complicated recipes. Can I still use this?
Yes! While I like to make my meals from scratch, I understand that life gets busy. So, I share some good time saving tips in the book as well as shortcuts to make homemade meals quick and easy. Don’t have time to make pasta sauce from scratch? Use jarred. Not into making your own corn tortillas? Use store-bought. Every recipe has a “from scratch” option as well as a “shortcut option”. As you get more experience and familiarize yourself with the recipes, you’ll get faster too.
Can I find most of the ingredients at a local grocer?
Yes, you will be able to find all ingredients in a standard North American grocery store. If you’re more comfortable shopping online, that’s fine too – I provide you with links to the ingredients I typically use. If you ever happen to be unable to locate an ingredient, please, send me an email. I am here to guide you.

Can I find the recipes on your website?
There are some classics, such as Mac & Cheese, Alfredo Fettucine, or Cream of Mushroom Soup that I just couldn’t leave out of the cookbook. However, there are over 20 meals that are completely new and will never be shared on my website.
