Preheat oven to the lowest temperature possible (it will most likely be around 150°F/65°C).
Pour the mixture onto a baking sheet lined with silicone mat. and spread it evenly into a 1/8″ (3 mm) thick layer.
Store leftover fruit roll ups wrapped in an airtight container in a dark cool place for 2-4 weeks.
For longer term storage, freeze in an airtight container for up to 3 months.
