A creamy vegan chocolate ice cream smoothie with a boost of protein, hidden greens, and a rich chocolate flavor.

Ingredients
  • 2 frozen bananas*
  • 1/2 cup frozen berries
  • 3/4 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 Tbsp. natural peanut butter
  • 1-2 Tbsp. hemp seeds
  • 2 Tbsp. cacao powder
  • 2 handfuls baby spinach
  • 1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
Instructions
  1. Combine all the ingredients in a high-speed blender and blend until smooth and creamy.**

  2. Adjust any ingredient according to your taste and serve immediately.

  3. Store leftover smoothie in an airtight container in the refrigerator for 1 day.

*Don't forget to peel your bananas before freezing.
** If you don’t have a strong enough blender to make your smoothie creamy, here are a few things you can do:
1. Slice the bananas into smaller chunks before freezing.
2. Blend the spinach with a little bit of water or almond milk first, before adding any other ingredient into the blender.
3. Swap the hemp seeds for your favorite protein powder.
